
The Bruno Pinto Archive is managed by the “APS BRUNO PINTO ETS” Association, established in 2018 by the will of the Artist, his wife Gianna Poli Pinto and daughter Bianca Maria Pinto in order to protect, promote and disseminate knowledge of the Artist’s work and oeuvre.
The Association takes care of the archiving of works and historical material, publications related to exhibitions, events and press reviews, and photographic and epistolary material. It provides for the preservation of the aforementioned material by also making it available for consultation at its headquarters for study purposes. Collaborates in the creation of exhibitions, catalogs and other cultural initiatives.
Archiving is aimed at the preparation of the General Catalog as a tool for documentary, philological and historical reconstruction of the artist’s work.
The current membership of the Association consists of a Board of Directors with President Bianca Maria Pinto, Vice President Fabio Sgarzi, Secretary Gianna Poli Pinto, and Founding Members Ilaria Pietrafesa, Paolo Zignone, Petazzoni Chiara Florinda, Genovese Francesco Giuseppe.
Alongside the Board of Advisors is a Committee of Advisors, which includes Pinto’s daughter Bianca Maria and wife Gianna Poli Pinto already on the Board of Advisors along with specialists in the art world, experts in the field as well as more specifically in the work and production of Maestro Bruno Pinto:

1. Read carefully in all its items and sign the regulations (see attached).
2. Fill out the data sheet for the work (see attached).
3. Provide the following photographic material of the work, which will remain the property of the Bruno Pinto Archive:
– 1 image of the front;
– 1 image of the back;
The above images must be sent in high-resolution digital format (jpg or tiff format – 300 dpi resolution) via wetransfer or similar systems to associazionebrunopinto@pec.it.
Each image should reproduce the work in its entirety without blurring, distortion, or cropping along the perimeter to ensure the best reading of the work and identification of the nature of the materials that compose it.
4. Read the information regarding the processing of personal data and sign the consent to the processing of personal data (see attached). Without this authorization, “private collection” will be used for publication in Reasoned Catalog of one’s name.
5. Make the payment as per item 4 of the regulations.
In order to receive the CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICATION, it is necessary to send all the required MODULISTICS in electronic format via certified mail to associazionebrunopinto@pec.it.
The Archives may initiate the evaluation of the documentation only if in possession of the complete documents. The Bruno Pinto Archives, in the event that the photographs provided are not sufficient to formulate the opinion of authentication, reserves the right to request additional material or direct analysis of the work to be sent to the headquarters of the Archives or other place communicated by the Archives.
